Str8 Trippin and 7 things about me

Well, it is almost Halloween. I have always loved Halloween, loved to get dressed up, and really love the candy!! Watching all the little ones get there treats. Well, this year is going to be especially awesome. I just finished making all my arrangements to go visit one of my oldest and dearest friends Corinna!! The reason I said str8 trippin, is cause I am gonna fly out to see her on Halloween!!! ooooowwww!! Kid din I am not superstitious!! Maybe I will find a costume, and dress up, when I get there, maybe I can get Corinna to do it to!! It would have been four years this Thank giving, since we have seen each other! I had planned a trip to visit her back in July and was unable to make it due to circumstances beyond my control. Well, let's just say, I have more control over those circumstances now, and I am ready to party like a rock star!! Meaning......, I am ready, to chill out, get caught up over coffee, or diet coke, lol, hangout in our Jammie's or sweats and just be!! I am so excited to see her children and how big they have gotten! I've seen pictures, but It's always so much different in person!! I am just so thrilled to be going to see her, can't wait to get me a Corinna hug!! Oh and Dave it will be great to see you too!! Sorry didn't mean to leave you out! You know how us women are always thinking about ourselves!! LOL!

Things here well, I am finally feeling better. Still a little tired. but better!! Shit, y'all know me I am always tired!! LOL!!! Gonna pick up some more info on Bi-polar disorder tomorrow. Trying to learn as much as I can!! I've been in a depressed mood since Friday, today, I feel like I am coming out of it a bit. I did some laundry and cooked dinner. Didn't do any hair, or grooming, I think a hot shower before bed sounds nice!

My nephew and Niece are having a baby girl tomorrow. Inducing labor. So, tomorrow I am going to hit a few Thrift stores, to look for some sweaters for my trip to Idaho, Pick up a little baby girl gift and then go t o the hospital, and wait to see my great niece!! Babies all around me!! I love it!! Then my friend Melonie's, daughter Kelsey's Baby is due Nov 2 Or Dec 2 I'm not sure. I am getting them all confused!! Sometime soon!!

Flu Weekend

Well, this weekend my plans got turned to shit in a hand basket!! I went shopping with Ty that night, had Kelsey's gift already, went and had my hair and nails done, for the big baby shower, and ended up in bed all weekend with the stomach flu!! BOTH ENDS, if you know what I am saying?!?!?!!? It wasn't pretty!! This afternoon I felt a little better, but I haven't eaten since Friday evening. I just ate a little just about a half an hour ago, I will let you know how that went tomorrow. Oh.........., bet you can't wait!!

But I had a great surprise, which made me feel better My nephew who is 22, just turned 22 the same day Chase turned 19 on the 12th of this month!! Well, he was down from San Diego, to visit, he came buy to see me!! He is in the Marine Core, and he doesn't get much leave. He came over with his Dad, my oldest brother Steve and my Sister, Laura, came by with Maria and Daniel and Maria's little baby Jr., who I just adore!! So I got to see my great nephew and two of my regular nephews and a niece! Made me feel better!! I can't believe Max is 22, I baby sat him, when he was just a little baby like Jr., Gosh, time is flying by!!

Maria had mentioned, that she would love for me to babysit for her, and that she would pay me $400 a month. I am seriously considering it!! What Am I doing sitting at home anyway?!?!?! But I do have my freedom!! Come and go as I please, hang out or go do something with a friend or by myself, like message or mani., and pedies!! Steve had a idea. If I can get up and stay up all day, and go work-out or just do something for myself outside of the house, without taking a nap all day!!! Then I should think about it seriously!! LOL!! Wow, he has a good point, cause it's been quit a while since that's happened, the no nap thing, oh, and the working out thing!! He has a pretty good point, if I do say so myself!!

Is anyone reading, working out? Or are you doing any kind of exercise, cause truly I just don't want to!! I want the weight to just fall off, and then I want my body to magically tone up!! Anyone out there feeling me?!?!?!?!? I absolutely hate exercising!!! I use to love it, was a keep it tone kinda girl.........., and then..........., well I looked down and said, oh fuck it!! LOL!!
My Husband loves me, my friends love me, who needs it?!?!?!!? Well, I do!!!!! HELP!! I need an intervention!!!! The next time I set foot an a beach in Hawaii, I at least want to be in a two piece. And I am not talking about a skirtini, already have one of those. Next thing you know, if I don't watch it I will have to swim in a moo moo!! I would love to look hot for my Hubby! But more than that for myself. At least feel better in my clothes, and just in my own body!! Ever feel like your personality just doesn't fit your body-type?!!?? ROTFLMAO!! I know mine doesn't!! I'd be out there struttin my shit in a string bikini!! LOL!!

Well at least I am feeling better, stomach isn't so bad. Tomorrow is a new day, let's see what it brings!! Hopefully it is all good!!

Nice Day

Today was an 8 for me. I slept in, my meds make me tired. But all and all I do feel much better. Thank God! I went to pick Ty up from school, dropped him off at home, and took myself to my nail place. Had my nails filled, they look really cute, I had her put little black kitties and each ring finger. Then I had a pedicure. Felt wonderful!!! I had my toenails painted black, and had her put pumpkins and grey bats on each of my big toes!! They look awesome!! I am very much in season. Ready for Halloween. After my nail appt., I came home picked Ty up and we went to Wal-mart. I know OMG, that place is a mad house. I needed to pick up some groceries, well you know, sodas, snacks, cereals, the things you save on at the WM. Anyway, it was so busy, Ty wanted to flatten someone. He was so irritated, people not saying excuse me, walking right in front of us. Just rude people! But he held out, and we got our shopping done. I found the cutest gifts for Kelsey's baby shower!! It is hard to choose, when you are buying for a little girl. They have so much cute stuff!! Tyler got tired of waiting for me to make a decision!! After we did the WM, thing, we went through Jack in the Box for some super tacos and a soda. We had a good time. He is hilarious, always makes me laugh!!

Just Breath

Well,
I decided to name my blog just breath. The reason behind the title is........., that sometimes in our hurried life, we forget to just stop and look around, see the beauty all around us, and just take in a deep breath and smell all the different scents!! I forget to stop and enjoy all the smells, sights and sounds a lot of the time! I think, for me getting older has really gotten me to take a long hard look around. I am trying to take the time to smell the flowers, the rain, even the smell of the country. Where I live that simply means cow poop! LOL! I will share more tomorrow!! Sandi
